BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
Purpose of the job :
1. Responsible for Business Development activity for OE business development for the assigned customers.
2. Coordinate with Vendor Development and Product Development Engineering of OEs for understanding New Product opportunities and communicate to PAE / PCS (Engineering).
3. Identify potential opportunities on New Product Development and coordinate with our respective Product Champions(PCs)
4. Coordinate with OEs along with PCs for technical & commercial understanding of the customers.
5. Price negotiation with the customers for new product finalization.
6. Coordinate with OEM to meet QE requirements along with Quality Champions(QCs)
7. Improve market share with assigned OEs for sales enhancement.
8. Prepare MIS on competitor activity, benchmarking and communicate to our internal departments.
9. Price correction with customers.
10. Conduct Tech shows with various OEs for New RFQ generation.
Required Candidate profile
BE / B.Tech / MBA with 5+ years of relevant experience in handling OEM customers.
Hand on experience in handling 2 wheeler customer.
Experience in managing key accounts.
Salary: INR 4,00,000 - 7,00,000 PA.
