Job Description for Sales Head Position

    Experience - 8 to 10 yrs

    Candidates from Apparel industry ( Men's Wear ) can only apply
    Preferably should have experience in LFS, MBO expansion 
    Responsibilities
    • Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts
    • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
    • Partner with Franchise Partner and customers to understand their business needs and objectives
    • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations
    • Understand category-specific landscapes and trends
    • Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts
    • Responsible for healthy Return on Investment of retail stores
    • Designing monthly schemes for both Primary and Secondary Sales.
    • Implementation of HO schemes
    • Responsible for proper implementation of marketing activities.
    • Responsible and drive Bottom Line
    • Have a complete eye on each cost line and monitor each line store-wise to maintain
    • the annual business plan lines
    • Constant monitoring and reviewing the same with all direct reports and prepare the
    • GAP analysis; guide them to maintain the lines
    • Ensure that all Retail in the circle maintain these lines and facilitate them to earn bottom- line incentive
