C. HUMAN RESOURCE 1. Monitoring all HR related
activities done by AM and support speedy resolution of
HR related complaints and queries in consultation with
RM-HR 2. Ensure effective conduct of employee
engagement activities to boost employee morale 3.
Ensure staff attrition is minimized
1. Achieve profitability and business targets of the region 2.Manage branches in the region for increasing Customer acquisition, Service delivery and maximizing productivity to achieve business targets .
3. To develop and implement location-specific business development strategies to be driven by AMs
4.Ensure effective and regular conduct of marketing
activities, lead generation activities and brand visibility/merchandising activities in the region

5.Qualitative visits to branches, prompt submission of visit
reports to State Head/Corporate office and follow up of
visit observations (minimum 1 visit/branch in a month) 6.
