Job Description
Objective
Coordination of all the Civil Project Activities
Lead & Manage all the civil related activities of Project
Civil related activity for Project:
o Management and coordination of the complete civil engineering process, through all phases concerning his specific discipline.
o Owner of all the related master documents in this area
o Generate the design basis and Scope of the project
o Estimate the BOQ and to prepare the cost estimate and schedule
o Update and prepare layouts for plants and infrastructure
o Adapt the specific standards to project specific solutions
o Supervise all contractors and engineers in this discipline
o Responsible for quality, cost and schedule of civil discipline.
o Has up-to-date knowledge of INSTY best practices relevant for civil discipline and implements them in the project
o Has up-to-date knowledge about relevant internal and external regulations and laws
Salary: INR 9,00,000 - 14,00,000 PA.
